Roz knew exactly how to treat me. Some very deep massage and good advice given. I’m feeling a lot better today. I now also have an exercise programme to follow. Looking forward to my next appointment. Sarah Bearup7 October 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a recommendation to see Roz. Just had my first session for a shoulder issue. Quick diagnosis and treatment for a rotator cuff problem. Left pain free. Not sure physio is supposed to be fun but it was. Great chat and laugh. Looking forward to my next session! Clara Seah11 September 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really glad I found Roz through my insurer (AXA). She treated me for a finger and thumb injury and was very professional. Beyond the treatment itself, I found her recommendations for exercises, how to adjust my work posture and use of a wrist brace very helpful and important in ensuring that the issue did not recur. After 1 treatment which included acupuncture the pain is almost gone and I have full movement in my neck again. I have a follow up appointment today and will definitely recommend Roz to anyone who needs treatment. Phil Masters20 August 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I booked a first time appointment with Roz, regarding calf pain, a swollen leg and foot (which I thought was from a previous injury). After going through all my details, Roz examined my leg and was concerned it looked like DVT. She spoke to the 111 service on my behalf, answered all their questions regarding the measurements of the swollen leg, who said I needed to go to A&E straight away. Roz then drove me to Watford Hospital, explained to the doctors and nurses what she noticed with my leg and the measurements. Roz stayed with me in A&E until 9pm at night - 5 1/2 hours after my initial consultation!! After a couple of days in Watford General, I am now under GP treatment for 2 blood clots in my leg. I can't thank Roz enough for all her help and support. andy miller6 August 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 6days after sustaining a trauma to my left knee that I treated at home via ‘RICE’ it was time to seek professional clinical advice. Roz went through a thorough set of questions prior to any assessment or hands on treatment, Roz then proceeded with an assessment of my good leg/knee, that was then followed on the injured leg/knee. After the initial assessment, Roz provided her synopsis of the issue and talked through the next steps. After releasing muscular tension from both calf and thigh areas via massage another assessment was taken, this indicated increased flexibility with reduced pain. Further treatment with a hand held massage gun to the calf and thigh provided additional movement to the affected limb almost achieving a normal range of movement. Finally acupuncture was applied to relevant areas which removed the majority of the pain. After the treatment Roz explained the next steps and recommended a follow up 30minute appointment which was booked. The difference after just a 60minute session was huge, from having difficulty to flex the knee joint to 90degrees to being able to fully bend the calf back to thigh without pain was an amazing feeling. Rehabilitation advice was provided with RICE to continue until the next appointment. Roz provides an excellent professional service with a reassuring nature that ensures you feel relaxed and confident that you are in safe knowledgable hands - highly recommended. 05/08 - My 3rd visit to Roz and progress has been significant primarily by following the exercise regime as discussed during my 2nd session 3 week’s previous. This session involved feedback since the previous session on 15/07, setbacks, progress and goals. An assessment of how my knee was progressing using the ‘balance ball’ which was followed by acupuncture and massage. Additional exercises were discussed and agreed to facilitate a good healthy knee again. Comparing to a similar issues sustained 5 years ago, the progress made with Roz has been significantly quicker, this could be down to the use of ‘acupuncture’, improvement of massage techniques or a combination of both, either way I cannot recommend Roz highly enough. Joanne Hands1 July 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Visited Roz in her amazing treatment room for knee pain I’ve had for 3 weeks. Seen doctor had X-rays and awaiting mri scan, all takes soo much time with long wait times for appointments. Within the hour of being with her and having acupuncture, massage and wave treatment the fluid had gone and I got off the table and was able to walk! Something I have not been able to do in 3 weeks without shuffling and holding on until I could straighten leg to floor. Roz is very knowledgeable in her field, friendly and professional.
